Purchaser beware!

One of the biggest decisions you can make in life (probably runs a close second to choosing a life partner) is purchasing property.  It is usually the biggest investment a person can make.  It is not for the faint of heart (or pocket) and should never be rushed into.  Every vendor would be in a hurry to snag a sale but the person making such a great investment, a purchaser should never be in so much of a hurry so as to skip doing what is very important. After all, property doesn’t come in a sealed can so that you only discover what you have got after you’ve popped the lid.  It is a physical thing that requires you to carry out your own inspections.  Like the old people used to say, “make sure and walk d land ” and be sure to observe – for e.g. the general area where the property is located including the route(s) to access it and many other attributes of the property.  The law does not protect a purchaser who does not do his/her due diligence, so purchaser – beware!
